We are delighted to offer this next workshop where we will explore more in-depth the specific phases of your monthly cycle and connect with the the best way to respond by meeting our bodies needs.

This is a 4 hour workshop with buffet lunch provided at the end for an informal chat with Margo and special guest Heather Nicholl to answer any specific questions relating to your own cycle.  Heather is a specialist in fitness training and optimising any goals working in sync with your cycle
